Bendovah, Tri-State Award Winner: ‘Most Overall Creativity’

Main Street Productions held their annual Tri-State Awards April 22nd at Independence Place (Cape Girardeau, MO) to recognize ‘the best and brightest performers, bartenders, managers and bars in the Tri-State area’ comprised by southwestern Indiana, south-central Illinois, and southeastern Missouri. Bendovah Plenti was nominated in four categories, clinching one trophy for ‘Most Overall Creativity.’ Bendovah, who was unable to attend, was represented at the ceremony by Anastasia Beaverhausen.

Thank you to Main Street Productions for taking the time to recognize outstanding entertainment in southwestern Indiana, south-central Illinois and southeastern Missouri. While home base for me is Bloomington, Indiana, the tri-state area has always made me feel so welcome since I started performing at Someplace Else Nightclub in Evansville as a special guest in November 2014 and subsequently cemented my place in Evansville drag history at Scandals Nightclub as Miss Gay Evansville, crowned July 2016.
