The 4th Annual Gabe Hinds Celebration of Life Drag Show

This ALL AGES event is completely free* and open to the public.
*Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for the Ivy Tech food pantry.
% of funds raised will go to Community AIDS Action Group of South Central Indiana toward the creation of a joint scholarship opportunity between Positive Link HIV Services and Ivy Tech-Bloomington. Positive Link is the preeminent provider of comprehensive prevention and holistic social services for those impacted by HIV in 49 counties throughout Indiana.
Our feature entertainment includes former Miss Gay Indiana University (MGIU) Della Licious (‘03) alongside some of the best and brightest in drag entertainment:

- Bendovah Plenti, former Miss Gay Evansville
- Oriana Perón, Show Director at Scholar’s Keep & Independent Producer at The Back Door
- Chiq Van Dyke
Fr. Kurt Messick, local comedy favorite & Assistant Professor of Life & Physical Science at Ivy Tech, will be host/emcee!
Gabe “Todd” Hinds (1969-2016) was a dedicated Ivy Tech employee for eighteen years. Gabe was also a loyal patron of Bloomington drag entertainment, and his favorite pageant was MGIU.
