From October to December, Bendovah Plenti worked with Evansville’s robust drag entertainment community to raise $1,137 toward her Miss Gay Evansville platform: the AIDS Resource Group/Ivy Tech Community College Southwest Scholarship!
The ARG/Ivy Tech Scholarship supports one student whose life has been affected by HIV/AIDS to enroll at Ivy Tech-Southwest.
Apply now! Applications are available at ARG & at Matthew 25 AIDS Services and are due May 31st, 2017. Please include an essay (1 page or less) describing living with or how you have been affected by HIV/AIDS.

The award will be $1,137 toward your fall 2017 semester bill at Ivy Tech-Southwest, which includes the cost of tuition, fees and books. (It is highly recommended that you also file a FAFSA at https://fafsa.gov/.)
